Affiliate Programme Terms

1. The programme

The Sponkly affiliate programme is run by AtaForge Inc. ("Sponkly", "we"). By applying you agree to these terms. We may approve or decline any application and may change these terms; the version on this page applies from the day it is published, and commission already earned is calculated under the terms that applied when it was earned.

2. Commission

You earn the commission rate shown in your affiliate dashboard (10% unless we have agreed a different rate with you) on payments made by customers you referred, for the number of months shown in your dashboard from the customer's first payment.

Commission is calculated on what Sponkly receives: the amount paid after taxes and, for purchases in the App Store or Google Play, after the store's fee. Free plans, free trials, coupons that make a payment zero and payments that are refunded or charged back earn nothing.

Commission is held for the hold period shown in your dashboard (30 days unless stated otherwise) to allow for refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back after the commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

3. Attribution

A customer is yours when they create a new Sponkly account after opening your referral link (the link is remembered in their browser for the cookie period shown in your dashboard), or when they enter your code in the app within 14 days of signing up and before their first payment. The last referral link opened before sign-up counts. A referral is never changed after the account is created, and existing accounts cannot be referred.

4. Rules

You may not refer yourself, your own accounts or people in your household, or create accounts to earn commission.

No spam: no unsolicited messages, no posting your link where it is not welcome, no fake reviews.

No paid search advertising on "Sponkly" or misspellings of it, and no ads that could be mistaken for Sponkly's own.

No misleading claims: describe Sponkly accurately (for example, which features are end-to-end encrypted) and do not promise discounts or features we do not offer.

No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivised sign-ups or traffic you bought from bots or click farms.

We review referrals for fraud. Referrals that break these rules are rejected, the related commission is cancelled, and we may suspend or close your affiliate account.

5. Payouts

You can request a payout when your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard (USD 50 unless stated otherwise). Payouts are made in US dollars by Wise or bank transfer to the details saved in your dashboard, usually within 30 days of the request. New or changed payout details can be used 48 hours after they are saved. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and may be asked for tax information before a payout.

6. Your data

We keep your application, your referral statistics and your payout details (stored encrypted) for as long as you take part in the programme and as required by law. Referred customers appear to you only in masked form. See our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Ending

You can leave the programme at any time by writing to [email protected]. We can end the programme or your participation with 30 days' notice, or at once if you break these terms. Available commission earned in line with these terms is paid out after the hold period.
