Can I change my plan anytime?

What happens if I cancel my annual plan?
You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards — and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your browser offers them — through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never reach our servers.
How is my data protected?
Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS, and DTLS-SRTP for audio and video). Every meeting has a password. Transcripts are kept only on Business and Enterprise plans when the host records them, and are deleted after 30 days.
